Default Bumper Work in Honolulu

I have an xB Scion White 2005.

I got bumped in a parking lot and my bumper is now offset and crooked, with stress fractures at the corners of the bumper (where it screws to the frame (i am not a mechanic)).

It's got some paint on the right corner, the back right red side corner light on the bumper is cracked and also needs replacement.

Can anyone recommend a respectable body shop in Honolulu with experience on Scion's?

Know how to determine if I need to buy a new stock bumper to get it back into original shape.

Any idea what I should expect in cost for parts, labor?

Default work done

did you end up getting everything done at a shop or did you order a bumper and had it put on? If you dont mind me asking, where did you go and how much was it, either way?
