Default anyone know a good lawyer

Hey folks i got popped for a speeding ticket in alavarado, tx which is about 60 miles south of Ft Worth... I was wondering if anyone knew of a good lawyer in Ft Worth or close by that works on speeding tickets? I would really appreciate it.

hey roydog,

if it within tarrant county then the two list in the school paper are

Attorney James kennedy 817-460-7171 (his price is $35)

and

Attorney James Mallory 817-924-3236

I'm sure that they see a steady stream of people since UT-Arlington sits right next to police HQ.

hope this helps

I forgot what the term is, but you can pay off your ticket and have them dismiss it. The only thing is you will be on probation for the next 30 days. So you can't get it a ticket. It won't go on your record. That's what I had to do.

it is different for certain areas. I couldn't do what you described above, but I could take the class and get it dismissed that way

Anyone top 120 in the 65? It was my car, but my friend was driving. I put an ITR engine in my civic hb and he wanted to drive it. Another friend of mine has a hatch just like mine with a b16 in it. It was 2:30 in the morning with clear road in FRONT of us. Little did we know there was a PA State Trooper behind us. I still don't see how he clocked us. He was about a 1/4 mile behind us and it took him a good two minutes before he crept up behind us. First time (and only time) I got searched! At least we won (like it makes any difference)! Anyway, friend lost his license for 9 months. Now we just go to the drag strip, it's cheaper!

it's "deferred adjudication" and you can't get pulled over for any moving violations for an amount of time appointed by the judge...
