Default Best Scion service department?

I've read the dealer reviews and, with my own experience, I know that if I were looking to buy a Scion, I'd head to Sport City Scion off of 635.

However, what I need to know is when dealing with the techs on routine service and maintenance, who's the best? Is Sport City's service department as good as the salesmen? Is there another dealer service shop that's better?

I am looking for a place that doesn't BS, won't jerk me around, and that does quality work. What are y'all's experiences so far in the metroplex?

I have had nothing but great experiences with Sport City's service department, parts department and of course the Scion Guys...Jeff and Charles. i have been dealing with them since 2004.
Two Scion owners work at Toyota of Irving's service department and their body shop is the best for Scion repair.

I hate to bash on any dealership but...
Cowboy Toyota is a no. I have this squeaking problem when I turn...
It only does it sometimes, and they wouldn't look at anything unless it did it.
I told them to put synthetic oil in my car.
They charged me for synthetic.
But they put regular in there...

McNatt has treated me great though.
Couldn't say anything about Sport City, heard they were great though.

Sweet. I'm glad their techs are as good as the salesmen. I think I'll use Sport City then.

Come on over. We will take you over and introduce you to Carlos, he is one of the best there is for servicing. Also, will introduce you to our parts guys as well.

Find Jeff or myself when you first get here.

Carlos at Sport City is awesome. He listens and doesnt give you any bs. You always have Jeff and Charles to call and they will check in with Carlos and keep you informed when possible.

Sport City is the best around

Nice. That's pretty much what I figured. Looks like Sport City is my place.
