When this club thing isn't fun anymore is when we start having people drop out.
And I, for one, don't want to see that.

Keep it fun and keep the drama to a bare minimum please.

Drama sux bad. Politics usually causes drama. We try to keep the politics out but, it manages to creep in. People need to remember were an enthusiest club. Our expectations are too high some times. Myself included. Ive never meant to ruin, complicate or or otherwise lower the quality of someones day but, it seems you cant please all of the people all of the time!!! MSL

Thank you. I hope I wasn't to overbearing. Just want everyone to be able to attend an event and feel comfortable with it.

Back on topic I have a suggestion if the drama is because of people polling (I'm clueless actually) for positions then give them one. And have fun with it.

We already have
HMFIC and VMFIC and speaking for our chapter chad and hank are awesome and I don't see a problem with them running the show here
But, for other chapters that might have problems give these people something to do (assign them a title to make them feel important) or threaten removal from the club for acting like an azz????
You could make it fun like have
1. HMFIC-you know this
2. VMFIC-you know this
3. (insert city) SB- chapter's scikotic B!^#$-- assisting 1 and 2 with events in their respective cities (Taking ryan's job and creating underlings for him since he is our OSB).
4. Any other job title and assignment just to keep these drama generating people busy

I'm sorry I'm preachy and speaking when I don't know the flavor of the kool-aid but, I just want to keep this good thing going anyway I can cause it helped me when I was in a bad situation (sick) last year.

Good luck jon and our MFIC's on squashing the drama lemme know, I know some shady people in hungary that can squash anything for some cheese. j/k
