I been hearing about that for a while now, last years show was a disaster, well not so much of a disaster, but it was indeed not very well orgnaized, when the performers got on stage there was some people jumpin on top of the show cars to watch them. I heard about a few fights, although Dallas Police Dept was running DEEP, they had cops EVERYWHERE. Ill be working that day, but if i had the time ill check it out, i wouldnt show for fear of having my car messed with. last year it turned out to be more of a low rider show than anything else since that seemed to be what was the most there.

 

I'm off that day but gotta celebrate my daughter's b-day. I heard about it on the radio. I might go and check it out for a minute.

 

yeah i think its be promoted as a lowrider car show....

 

The last time they did this it was a mess. They had to cancel it. Too many people showed up.

 

Yeah that was around the time when my car had JUST gotten out of the shop when I first put on my bodykit...THANK GOD, I didn't enter my car.

I was horrified when I saw everyone start jumping on people's cars to see the performers!!!!

Hopefully this year will be different...as much as I LOVE LL...Imma sit this one out completely to avoid the rough crowd.

I love rap music but would rather not deal with the crowd, but since lowrider magazine left dallas out of its tour this year im going to see the cars. Just for sure not showing after what i heard last year.

DAM it was a long weekend
Firday i was in San Marco Djing Saturday in Austin then drove to Dallas to Dj and stayed the night , Sunday went to this Car show, where they did that whole 979 the beat Scion give a way,
and then flew back Home... i had FUN!!! Passing out Scion Expo Flyers like Jonny apple seed...hahah
