Does anyone out there know how to remove the outer cover from factory upgrade tail-lights? I've replaced the headlights with projectors w/angel eyes and leds and now would like to replace all tail lights with leds as well but can't figure out how to remove the outer cover to access the bulbs. Any help would be appreciated.

theres probably access panels on the interior of the car that pop off and allow you access to the bulbs.
If you want to take them out completely, look for a couple 10 or 8mm nuts behind the access panel.

 

Thanks. I guess I should have been more specific. Its an xb and yes I did find the access panel, but can't get to all bulbs that way. Just thought there might be an easy way to remove the entire housing or at least the cover to get at all 3 bulbs at the same time. Also, wouldn't have to re-insert them through the hole from the inside.
