She hit my car with a beat up Saturn.

well, hopefully you have insurance for uninsured motorists, and file a claim with your insurance provider, and they will go after the lady who hit your car.

 

filed the claim already, so i hope everything falls in too place and i get my car fixed without any issues =/

Can someone explain to me why a lot of people in Texas don't have freaking insurance? My brother's gf got in an accident near UH and the girl didn't have insurance that hit her. She was 16 and tried to flee the scene after she hit my brother's gf. Her car (brother's gf) flipped four times.
