Need a tapped oil pan by tomorrow... Just got two days off so i'm gonna try to install my turbonator. Only thing that I have not purchased (due to UPS losing these parts not due to them not in the kit) is the oil pan. If anyone has a pan or has something to tap my pan with that would be awesome.

If i'm not mistakin they rent a tapping set at your auto zone or o'rielys what ever auto parts store that have rent a tool. deposit, use it, return it, refund.

 

Very true...Just go rent a set from them, drill your hole and tap it...

 

Yea turbo is in minus the oil pan (cannot get it off the damn car) and putting in the ECU. Oh and all those damn gauges wired around like a damn rats nest. Anyone local have a 2 gauge pod? It sucks trying to put a kit in by myself especially when I have no clue what I am doing. Hope the engine doesn't catch fire, there is alot of gas/oil/trans/coolant everywhere.

 

i have a spare stock oil pan if u want it... just let me know. u can have it... trying to get rid of stupid tc parts laying around

 

my friend had a cf 2guage pod... but i dunno if he still does forsure he never boosted..

 

nah i think brett sold them... for real cheap too... oh well

 

Oh snaps i'll take that pan, my old one is like welded on or some ____... I don't know what Toyota did to get this thing to stick its like the metal has magically fused using super asian mind powers. I think i'm gonna get the cheap-o AutoMeter gauge pod from pep boys until I find one I like.

EDIT: How the heck are people putting the radiator hose on? I have to force this thing out of the way...
