This is getting difficult so I am not going the muddy the waters. To my multi-club members the choice is yours and I still respect and enjoy your company no matter who you go with.

 

Hi all and sorry if there was any confusion regading beinga multi-car club member, from day 1 on Scion Evolution, we've always had a policy of "No multi-club membership with another ALL scion car club" whether local or national, we do have memer that are in other (all maker car clubs) like Hybrid,Flux Team All-Stars, ect...

But being in Scion Evolution officially does'nt mean you can't hang with your friends from other Scion clubs, you are free todo what you want, For instance. we here in SoCal have alot of friends in clubs like Scinergy, SoCal tC,Scion Image etc..and our affiliation with one club does not affect our friendship with the other clubs, it should be all about having fun and enjoying the thing we all have in common, which is out Scions.

So, now I guess I need to know what those of you who thought you were in SE and Scikotics want to do so I can update the usergroup here on SL and on our site.

It seems like this may affect StyleWagons more then Scikotics actually.

 

Does this really matter .We are all freinds .I really hope this does not come down to alot of b/s again.I`m in more clubs than anyone knows about .and I do not seem to have a problem with any of my club member saying anything about other clubs or how many Im in.I look at as one huge family.

 

As Mellisa and I can attest after more than 2 years the Scion community has grown and one thing is evident it is usually a core group of people that participate no matter what club they are in or stickers on their cars and I don't feel any club pressure or forced affiliation or club against club at any event. Just seems like one big happy family. Well most of the time, families sometimes have clashes of personality. Ned you know this is going to limit your initial membership but I guess they won't let a lot of us join, but you can always call when you need something.

I've always counted on your 'say' Frank. I have no problem with the limitations on getting new members. After all I have my agenda set and in my heart we all belong in one BIG family and that is the Scion Family/Community, regardless of what model you drive, what club your represent. We all have one thing in common, we drive Scions.

Since my first G2G I've attended at Sport City I've made friends along the way, and good ones too. Cars come and go but FRIENDS don't.

Just my $0.02 for now.

there is a problem with paypal right now, i have tried to send my 40 dollars through but im guessing paypal is down right now or something.

 

i dont wanna jump in but i wouldnt mind throwing my 2 cents in as well. i know where all a big scion family. an thats how it should be, but i see how dallas worked out when i went up there last weekend. an i liked how everyone came together without any type of conflict. it used to be like that down here but as u know bs does tend to happen no matter where u are or who u are with. i dont care who u are im going to chill no matter what an talk to u unless u dont wanna talk just a simple nod or whats up. but when car shows start going on an everyone wants to seperate themselves its very difficult to do since we do compete against each other. but in all i hope it works out with everyone an every scion club.

not really cause now that i did that SW re-rollcall thing it pretty much summed everything up that i needed..lol... there are only three members that are SW that are other clubs..so we can work around that..


plus if your like me.. what is the point of being in multiple clubs i mean its like what everyone says... we are all family that's fine but (how do you tell your moms cousins your gonna go sit and park with your dads cousins.....) see what i meant.. this was an example for those that didnt get it.... like at a SHOW if your in 2 clubs for instance where do you feel you need to be parked so you dont have to ____ anyone off.... or do you park away from everyone and make yourself feel uncomfortable.. and then whats the point in being in a club at all...... so thats my whole outlook...


NED i like how they have it sounds fine to me..... just my 2 cents and not a shot by anymeans at anyone.. cause like i always say... yall are my family...

and if i wasnt excepted to SW like i was i probably would pay my 40 dollars to be in SE

Pooty has spoken I see you point there. It's been a tough road for me in getting everything together i.e. HQ coordination, membership, promotions. Bottom line is that we are one big family that drives scions. I have full respect with SW, Scikotics and the rest of the Scion Clubs out there.

Ray, it will SE-DFW as it's always been. Right now, we're just focusing here in DFW then move on to the next city. I'll be more than happy to roll with you at Scion Expo in Houston. PEACE.
