How's everybody doin? Well, the list is growing steadily. I did check with the club and we all thought of something. If you own a Scion, I can get you in with a PLUS ONE.

Example: If you own a Scion, you can bring your hubby/wife or gf/bf or whatever. If you have alot of peeps in your ride, they will have to pay at the door. So be prepared for that. Sorry about that, but I can't pay for everyone!!

There is still plenty of space on this list - so don't wait.

You Dealers out there - since we are paying for this event and sponsoring it, I don't mind getting you in. But I don't want you to show up and assume that just cause it's a Scion thing you are taken care of. Please let me know AHEAD OF TIME!!!

I am starting to get pumped. I just called and RSVP'd for the party, he told me he is still getting the list together and will be emailing out once its all together. Can't wait to meet all of y'all.

 

I know Club Che has a dress code, but it was posted that they were going to do a pack an xB with peeps contest so I wonder if it still holds true. Who else from DFW is going? Me and the wife are signed up and I am sure Wil and Jaz are too.
I also hope I am in good shape to get up early the next day for expo. People keeping me up all night at the Houston expo, made it a long hard day for me.

Also, let's make sure people aren't confusing the two RSVP events together.

The PRE PARTY, sponsored by Scion of Richardson, will happen at Club Che on Saturday night the 12th. To get in, you MUST RSVP at (972) 238-4475.

The Event takes place on Sunday the 13th at the Texas Motor Speedway. To go to that, you must rsvp at www.scionexposed.net.

Hopefully, this clears up any confusion.

Age: 21 and Up
Dress Code:

Guys - Jeans, Black Shoes, NO SNEAKERS OR HATS. It's a dress to impress place - so do what you want, but keep it real. to you thugs - I feel ya, but the bouncers at the doors aren't gonna be about gang wear - so be careful.

Girls - Feel free to wear Jeans and whatever. Once again, no sneakers or gang wear. I know Scion means be an individual, so do your thing. In fact, I think dress codes were made for guys - you know. I've never seen any club really stop a girl from wearing whatever she wanted - I guess it's the whole we want more girls in our club than guys thing.

A little insight to the VIP list...these are my thoughts so far.

Meet up around 10p at a parking lot close to the club. Allow about 10-15 minutes for people to show up. Arrange the cars with our staff to insure everyone will pull up in a row. The entrance is a little tricky and if you miss it, you have to go all the way around.

We will have (4) people (my staff) with walkie talkies positioned...1 at the door of the club, 1 at the entrance to the parking lot of the club, 1 with me, and 1 in the last car. My staff will be in constant contact to make sure all of the 50 cars will pull up at the same time.

This is a coordinated effort and should be alot of fun. Imagine 50 scions pulling up to a club all at once - it will be recognized and fun to be pulling up and stepping out of your car when you pull in, then you can walk right up and in to the club. Sort of like a VIP. We will try hard to make this party fun for you.

So that's what I'm thinking so far - what are your thoughts - let me know.

 

Hey Chad a couple of questions. So is the pack the xB contest at Club Che? The Jazmin you speak of (Streetcandy), husband Wil works for Humperdinks in Richardson, but there is a Hump very near Club Che. Some peeps may want to meet there earlier to get something to eat before Club Che. I don't know if we could get all 50 cars in their lot, to meet but it may be possible,
Also do we have to wait until after the group roll in to get in or can we go earlier and still roll in with the convoy?

I posted in thr Hotel room thread that there were a few guys looking for roomies. He never responded.

 

If its just one or two people I will open up my apartment to a guest or two, I live in Richardson, so close to Che but a little drive from Texas motor speedway, if you can't get a room and need a place just pm me and i will see if i can work it out

 

According to some past events I've done, we want to all come in together. Otherwise, I'll have to spend all night at the door checking people in with the valet and the door guy - what fun that would be!! Just Kidding - no I worked one event that we did in the summer and you had people coming in all night at different times and it was a hassle with the door guys. Past a certain point in the night, the door guys started rejecting people to come in - so I had all these upset people and all.

Anyhow, the rolling in together is the free part. If you want to go in earlier, you can, but it's $10 to get in and $5 to valet.

At night, the club's parking lot and Humperdink's lot is sectioned off making it near impossible to get out of one parking lot into another. I was planning on the AMC movie theater parking lot further down the street (on Technology Blvd). But I'm still working on that idea.

The Jam the xB contest actually takes place at the Scion Exposed Event happening at the Speedway on Sunday. Sorry

Ok, so today was a busy busy day for the rsvp list. I have 28 free valet spots/free entry left. Scion Owners - don't wait. If StyleWagon's website is current, then there are a few people that need to check in.

Bret - from Joe Myers, Jeff from Sport City RSVP'd you - but if you are bringing those other 6 or so people - they need to check in as soon as possible.
