Sorry guys and girls, but due to a fallout in the paperwork to legitimize this meet, the meet for this weekend MAY 20, 2006 is cancelled.
The university of houston parking lot is private property and therefore alot of litigation is involved to get a meet of this magnitude going. Some of the paperwork did not properly go through for this meet this weekend, and we now have to resubmit for a next meet. Sorry about the hype, and the confusion.
For those who think that they can just "go" regardless of whether it is legit or not, note: this is private property and the UofH police know that we cannot have it there this weekend. Which "can" in turn lead to towing and so forth.
Please tell those who do not post on the forum, or possibly on other forums that have posted the meet that the meet this weekend is cancelled, and there will be another one coming..
It sucks, but there will be a next one in the up and coming weeks. Sometimes bureaucracy is a tough thing to battle against. Once again, sorry about this.

I fugured we would go to Los Cucos on Clay rD @ Hwy 6 for dinner Saturday night. It will give some of hte Houston people a chacne to meet some of the other owners coming the night before from out of town.
After Dinner, I am up for anything though.

so you went with the roof? Nice choice. I am thinking of selling some rims and spending that money on a roof or a CF hood. If I do the roof, I am going Webasto Ragtop!!!
