I'm new to the forum too. I've been reading a lot of posts around here (every single posts containing LED swap ) and totally love this forum.

Question: I wanna paint the brake red. It looks like it can be done pretty easy but I've never painted anything before so I dont wanna screw it up. Anybody know how to do this and would like to help me out ? Thanks a lot

Hey everyone, i got a scion tc like a year and half ago and i've really been wanting to swap the led's in the dash and the middle console, but i know absolutely nothing about cars and i really didnt wanna ship my whole gauge off somewhere to get them changed out. is there anyone in this area that can maybe help me out and do it for me? pm me. thanks.

 

well ezzyB u can always tint the windows first to start it off, i dont know what your into? want something flashy add interior lights,rims, neons to the outside undercarriage, change your grill out. add a stereo system tvs etc. lol. it all depends how much u want to spice your ride up an how much u are willing to spend.

 

I can help you out with the LEDs if you're willing to drive up to the north side of Houston. They are not a difficult thing to change as long as you take your time. Getting the polarity correct is the only real trick to installing LEDs in the Scions. PM me if you're interested.

As for me, I'm fairly new to the Scion community here in Houston and am curious when and where the next gathering is going down. I haven't been to any meets or anything so I don't really know anyone near me who is into Scions. Let me know if any of you are out my direction (North Houston, near Tomball).

What are the details on the G-Town Cruise? I might be able to make it that way. The weather is supposed to suck this weekend though, from what I've been hearing. Houston is supposed to get another round of heavy rain sometime Sat./Sun..

 

either way the gtown cruise wit the top fuel guys is still going on. make sure u bring a walkie talkie cause like they said its the only way for communication when your going down 45 real fast lol
