The rear emblems are easy to remove...there is a DIY guide in the tech section on SL I believe.
I used dental floss and used a back-and-forth saw motion and it peels off pretty easily. There is some left-over glue still on the car and it can rub off by using my thumb (or your thumb) It says you can use a hair-dryer to soften up the glue, but I just left my car outside on a hot day and had the same effect.
But yeah, its easy. If I can do it, then a/an [insert funny noun here] can do it.
And the carbon-steel strut bar....look at the DC Sports one. I have one and its pretty cool, good decoration, doesn't do alot...just sits there....but looks fancy. And it is quite heavy, so if your one of those obsessive weight-reduction people...prolly might wanna get a different one.
(And if you like the carbon fiber engine cover, it prolly look cool with a carbon-fiber strut bar. Just so it matches ya know? JIC makes a CF strut bar, its kinda pricey tho. I dunno, just a suggestion...)
And check out www.fujiz.com ... one of our sponsors!!! They carry the DC Sports strut bar and the CF engine cover. That is where I'd buy them from
