On the lex - I had purchased a unit from turboeast that they made for the IS300, basically had a connection for power, load, rpm, and line pressure. It worked like a s-afc for the trans. Basically took a signal, and output a different one to increase line pressure under load/heavy throttle.

This is Sam from Turbo East, we are still in the r&d phase for Scion. I plan to keep you guys updated as to what is going on though. We are so busy here at the moment, I am not sure when exactly I will need a local car, but if you are interested email me at sam@turboeast.com. Thanks guys -Sam

Basically, what Sam told me is the unit will increase the speed in which your transmission shifts....no more gliding from gear to gear.
The replacement unit with marked wires is on it's way according to Sam at Turboeast.com
I asked about switching between factory shift and the E.S.K and he said no problem. When you install it (piece of cake guys), put a switch inline with the 12v power wire and flip switch cutting power for stock performance.
Works for me.

Sam faxed me the install sheet today. Piece of cake to wire in. I will have a full writeup with pics in the power hungry section as soon as I'm finished.
I removed my turbo to make changes for air to water intercooling and some other mods...but left it off for now until I get this wired in. I wanted to test it on a stock setup first...get some videos. Then re-install my turbo and get video with FI.
