I posted in the general tC forums and got a great piece of advice to post here and see if any other locals had any advice. I'm looking to buy a new tC before the year is over. I live in Timonium and am willing to go anywhere up to 45min drive away for my car (the distance isn't about the purchase, it's about the future service).

I was hoping that anyone else in this area has had buying experiences and could offer me suggestions on where to go or where not to go. I know that the prices for the scions will be the same (apart from dealer fees), so that's really not the issue.

Personally, I've done a fair bit of business with Jones Toyota out in Bel-Air because I drove my dad's old 4Runner when I was in high school and college. We bought the car there when we were still living in harford. They're excellent and friendly, but if there's good service to be had closer to timonium, I'd rather not drive the trip to bel-air everytime.

we're just outta ur 45 minute range... But each new Scion here comes with a LIFETIME powertrain warranty (free) which is not offered in that area.

 

Prices are NOT all the same. Our new 2008 tC's are $369 below MSRP for the Pure Price. You can service them where ever you want to. We also have a few 2007 tC's left that are priced under invoice. Pure Price lets each dealer determine their own pricing, it just has to be the same for every customer.
