To run a group buy you must be a site sponsor.
From the Scionlife Rules regarding sales:
"Anyone who sells the product may state the suggested price (MSRP) in a non-Sponsored Sales topic, but nothing lower, including specials, discounts, or sales -- questions about pricing must be redirected to a topic in the Sponsored Sales forum (a link to the Sponsored Sales topic is fine) "
