after the joy of driving my volvo s60 t5 and had a "failure". I traded it in and got an 09 scion xd!. hopefully im welcomed and appreciate the help im probably gonna ask later lol .. for example .. how to convert pictures to jpg or gif formatting? lol

 

Welcome! I don't know that much about the xD but I was looking at one for a bit. I assume that I could adapt my tC knowledge to the xD.

 

thanks. my opinion would be toyota and scions are or alike when it comes to motor . Xd motor = corolla engine as the tc to camry engine. Just what we do to our cars is what makes it unique lol. appreciate the welcome!!!

thanks! Yeah im planin to make use of the dual vvt-i. unfortunally I dont think a turbo kit will be under my hood for awhile =/. I dont think they came out with it yet. Im just waiting for the exhaust manifold to come out soon .
I always wonder how many people around here roll in modified scions.. I only know 2 lol

 

We got a whole group of mod'd scions. We got three or four gen 1 xB's a couple of tC's and now maybe a xD. lol

If it's the Rolla engine there should be a supercharger already available.

 

yea im down haha. but theirs no space under my hood what so ever. Turbo toyota is about to release the first turbo kit for the xD after the holidays but may need to relocate the battery. They do have a s/c for the rolla but not meant on the xd. if they did. I'll get a 2nd job haha

 

welcome bud, there is a good amount of scions in out area, where did you buy the scion from?

 

i got mines on 355 toyota but really had no idea i was goin to get a xd, at first i wanted the 6spd versa or fit sport but wasnt available unless i ordered it which would take a month or two . I was about to get a tc but i wanted something kinda different and once i entered the showroom ... well you know what car i walked out with and thanks for the welcome!

thats whats up! I guess theirs more scion owners out there then I thought lol. my cousin works for nissan there, I went to see their skyline and man that car flies!. i'll never forget that day lol
