I drive from Hampstead to Arbutus Monday-Friday for work, and see plenty of people out there just wondering if anyone is on here.

Yeah I saw that you were having a show, thanks for the invite. I will find out Friday if I will be able to make it or not. I might be going down to VA to visit my sister.

 

The show is on the 21st of this month at 12pm

Hey, welcome to Scion Life. You mentioned Arbutus, and I am always around there. September 19th (Saturday) there will be a 3rd annual auto show at the Arbutus Volunteer Fire Department right across the street from the train station... also there may be a Scion show coming there soon... and there is also a Baltimore Car Club holding a show there on July 12th.

Hampstead is a little far away from me, but if you know of any meets or events coming up in the area, post it here and some of us on SL might show up!

Otherwise, there might be more activity near the Arbutus side...

I will have to check those shows out this summer. There are never any shows in my neck of the woods, just cows and fields of corn... LOL

I am not sure if you guys are into drag racing but I usually go to a bunch of races each year with my buddy who runs and awd talon, so if you ever want to go hit me up. I will find out a schedule and post it on here.

Cows and corn fields... reminds me of Southern Maryland, and it sounds like a good place to put a drag strip! Is there a drag strip near Hampstead or do you typically go to MIR or Capitol Raceway? Are you more into "go" mods or "show" mods? Based off of your few posts, I am guessing you lean towards "go." One day my vehicle might...

 

I pretty much go to all of the big tracks from New Jersey down to Virginia, but usually go to MIR when there are events there.

Honestly, now I am more show than go now, I will throw the usual power bolt-on parts but I am in no way trying to make my xB a race car. Besides when I want to go fast I will take my 01 ZX7 for a spin.
