F the snow
3" of snow/slush/ice on 395 & 495!!! Those are the main roads!!! Don't even get me started on the side streets!!!
On a lighter note, my lowered ___ car and bald ___ tires got me to work LOL

hahaha. yeah buddy, the snow can suck when you're driving. I am glad you got to work all right. I have not gone yet and I thought maybe waiting it out a little bit would help. Answer: Nope. The snow has picked up a lot and the backroads I live on only get addressed 3-4 days after everything is gone and the snow starts to melt, lol. Most of the time it takes an act from God to have my neighborhood's streets looked at...
Last time it snowed a bit, my ABS seemed overly sensitive and well, didn't meet my expectations. I was driving maybe 5-10 mph about to go over a speed bump in my neighborhood with about 1-2 inches of snow and I tap on the brakes. It felt like the ABS was working, but my tC just went over the speed bump with both sets of tires before stopping. (Tires are not a factor as they were 1 month old with AA traction all-season, pricey tires) Anyone know if there is a fix to the ABS?
Anyone taking a snow day? I hope everyone is safe out there!

Anyone want to take a drive on Skyline drive? J/K
No work for me today. Even if I did have to work, I still have my old 4 door Saturn with snow tires that I could use. It's nice having a car that you don't care about, especially for bad weather. That and Ptuning has my tC for a small project.
About the ABS on the tCs... I've noticed that they don't perform at all like you would expect. I can't really describe it, but it's not like any other car that I've driven that has ABS.

Yeah, it would be nice to have a car that's old and you don't care about... one day I'll just get something like that for when the weather is questionable and when the tC is in the shop...
oh yeah stuck in the snow....sucks ____...had to shovel my car out of its snow coccoon....then i get stuck for 30 mins trying to get out of the ice patch, finally the snow plow guy behind me finally helped me out after watching me struggle for 30 mins...then i get to work and my parking spot at work wasnt shoveled...wtf...double duty today...my back is gonna kill me tonight...bad back as a dentist = no good....
