On behalf of Hot Import Nights, we would like to welcome you to HIN
Dulles!
The content below contains crucial information regarding your roll-in
and set-up.
Check-In/Load-In will be begin at 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., on Friday
April 21, 2006. Look for signs that will direct you to the staging area.
While in line you will be classified. After classification you will be
given a modification sheet, two wristbands (event passes), and
regulations for the event. The classification sheet will be used by the judges
when they mark their score sheets as well as spot your vehicle in the
show. Your classification sheet must be clearly displayed on the
driver-side window at all times during move-in and show hours.
NO SATURDAY ROLL-IN!!!
***If show vehicles arrive on Saturday a $20 PENALTY fee will be
applied and due on-site, CASH ONLY!!!
Regulations
Placement will be given on a first come first serve basis. What this
means is that you should get to the venue early. If a member of your
crew arrives late, does not caravan with you, and is not in line with
you at the time of roll-in, they will not be placed with you (NO
EXCEPTIONS).
The vehicle must be clean and free of body damage. Project cars and
prototypes must be in a completed state.
NO support vehicles are allowed inside the venue, you must walk/carry
your equipment inside the venue.
When you check-in you will be given two wristbands, one for yourself
and one for whoever is going to bring you back the next day.
FUEL REGULATIONS FOR THIS EVENT is between 1/4 tank to empty. You
will not be allowed inside the venue if you have more then 1/4 tank of
gas.
Cars will be REQUIRED to disconnect batteries once parked on the show
floor. The show will not start until all batteries have been
disconnected.
Tear-Down Once all spectators have exited the building, roll-out
can commence.
Hot Import Nights will be hosted at: Dulles Expo Center

dave aint jokin... last year it went outside, all along the side of the building, and into the parking lot...

hell yeah man, and i was rockin a CS.com shirt so i felt special.. i could go practically anywhere i wanted.
but i thnik the best part was when i went into the other building that we were in, and walked right pass the guards while everybody eles got checked (you also had that right). it was AWESOME lol. that alone was worth registering for the show

yea, i did same thing
also gettin into the XM Satellite VIP tent wasn't so bad either
although i was the only one of my friends who went that was 21
so drank some good beer with half naked woman
while they stood outside watchin

yea, they do
they had a XM VIP tent last year, all the peeps that were in the show got a pass
they were handing them out durin set-up
