(A little off topic, but I need something local) I am looking for a place to have our flights Holiday party in December ‘08. We need something that can hold at least 100-150ppl that reasonably priced. Anyone know of anywhere? I’m just making sure I’m not over looking anything, I’m already looking at hotel and stuff, but they are kind of expensive.

 

This is a longshot, but would any of the area universities have space available? Norfolk State, Hampton University and ODU are pretty close and usually have some kind of large conference / meeting spaces available for university award events, parents luncheons, etc. that might work.

 

How about the Va Beach convencion center. My girl use to work there and its pretty big and they do food and all that jazz.. Just lookin out, if you got any questions ask me and I'll ask her.

 

The best place to rent is a firehall or a VFW/Moose Lodge. Seriously. Theyre cheaper than hotels.
