The hotel is about 15 minutes from the park and is roughly halfway between the park and Harrisburg where the after party will be.

After Party will be at the Harrisburg Hardware Bar & Eclipse Nightclub! Everyone from the Summer Kickoff will get in no cover!

 

We got an afterparty, check the myspace page for more details. Its going to be at The Hardware bar in downtown Harrisburg. VIP admission to the club.. 1st floor is rock music featuring live rock bands (EVE 6 is the weekend before we'll be there, no one planned as of yet) 2nd floor is a hangout playing a mix of music- has a bar-pool tables- dart boards-couches and bar stools, 3rd floor is hip-hop/club featuring live dj's-light shows-cages and 2 small bars. This place will work the best because of the mix of folks coming.

Unfortunatly the bar bus was cut due to budgeting. So transportation to the club from your hotel or park will be up to you. It would have ran almost 2,000 just for 1 bus to drive back and forth for 4 hours. On top of that, we couldn't just shuttle to the hotel because the hotel didnt want cars parked there that were owned by people staying elsewhere. And if we did it from the park to Harrisburg, we would have needed to rent the park for another day, have someone stay to watch the vehicles, AND folks would have gotten off the bus and had to of driven to wherever they were staying. By not having a bus, this also eliminates any liability from us and Scion in the case of an accident related to alcohol. All folks are now responsible for their own actions and the bartenders are in control of regulating the amount people get served.

 

Only one month and 2 days away! I hope everyone is ready.

Don't worry about it c, it is more of a meet than a show. If it makes you feel better, I won't clean my car at all before the event.

Got my room this afternoon, said they only had 2 rooms left (at comfort inn). Oh and I know I missed the cutoff on the 3rd.

 

i dont know where people keep getting this from. i just called the hotel and they have plenty of rooms left

 

WTF??? I called around 6 and they said there were only 2 left (was trying to find out for the others going with us).

 

yeah... theres still quite a few rooms left.
