However I don't know much about Arizona's Defense or O-line...

I don't know why the Ravens got McNair, Boller is just so good...

My main interest this season are my Dolphins and what Culpepper is going to do in Miami. If the Fins were playing ANYONE other than the Steelers opening weekend I would want him sitting. That knee scares me, I don't care how much recovery time he has. Chambers had 1,000+ yards and 11 touchdowns last season with lousy Frerotte and Rosenfels throwing him the ball... I can't WAIT to see what Chambers will do with a quarterback capable of throwing the deep ball.

As for mid-atlantic football, go Redskins. Thanks for Randle El Pittsburgh. He can probably throw the ball better than Brunell these days.

Arizona's O-line wasn't that good last year, which is why Kurt Warner ended up on his back so much. Arizona seems to have this fascination with 30+ year old RB's (Emmitt Smith, Edge). Maybe with the rest of the offensive weapons, Edge will be a productive RB. I know before, they were always playing from behind, so having EMiit didn't do them much good, because when you're down 9+ points, you can't run the ball to set up the pass, you have to pass for yardage to catch up on points.

I don't know how good Daunte is going to be in Miami, even if that knee is 100%, which it won't be. You tear an MCL/ACL, and it takes 18 months before you can run full speed/make the same cuts on it. I remember when Edge had surgery on his, and he said "I'll be back to 100% in 8 months, not 18. I'm a quick healer" and then after that year, he commented, "wow, no matter how much you rehab it, it really does take about 18 months."

The skins should be good to watch. It will depend a lot on which Brunell shows up, last years Brunell, or the Brunell from the year before. Randle El is a decent 2nd string/slot reciever, but I think he has the same issue that Lloyd has: he beleieves he is #1 receiver talent, but the truth of it is that neither of them are. The skins definitely have a speed threat in Moss, but I'm not ready to lump him in the same category as Chad Johnson/Marvin Harrison/Steve Smith after one good year.

Who's that Moss? In 5 years, only two have been over 1000 yards.

I don't think its fair to count his years in NY. Different team, different numbers. If he don't surpass 1,000 this year, then you can call him inconsistent. I have a feeling he will be a consistent 1,000 yd receiver for Washington for years to come

Not good news for steelers fans. I still don't understand how someone could be so stupid to not wear a helmet while riding a motorcycle.

Apaprently he is in pretty bad shape, I read that the traffic case was assigned to a homocide detective (note, this does not mean that he is dead), which only happens in cases of critical injuries/very serious accidents.

Hopefully he pulls through!

"Eyewitnesses tell KDKA that Roethlisberger had a green light and was headed eastbound on Second Avenue when a car turned into his path near the 10th Street Bridge around 11:30am.

Witnesses say Roethlisberger flew over the handlebars of the motorcycle and struck his head on the windshield of the car"

definitely more than a concussion...he's lost some teeth, according to the tribune, and there was blood everywhere. The bike was totaled: handlebars busted off, front wheel/fork severed, and one of the pedals sheered off.

No way the bike goes through all that, and he hits the windshield head first without a helmet, and its only a concussion.

Redskins fan all the way here.... Ravens are blah.......Send them back to cleveland. And there uniforms are terrible. Do they still have deion? shows how much I watch them... Just wait once Campbell takes over for Brunell we'll be good. We got some new d line man. And our secondary w/ a free sean taylor..... Hard hits... No distractions from Lavar ( eventhough he was the man)..... Our star less defense will be amazing. The only star will be sean taylors hard hits.....Redskins fans to the end regardless.
