Yup. That's a big reason why I don't show. I like driving around. Showing off the car to the crowds and beating up on a few subies and hondas. Lol

wow glad i didnt go now!!! i probally would have got beat out by a stock tc! lol but like game over said! its nothing new! its happened many of times and it will always continue to happen! lol this is why i like racing better!!! theres only one way to tell who is better!! lol

just wanted to say, it was cool to meet all the other scion owners, everyone has some sweet looking rides. brian, thanks for getting us into the scion booth, even if scion didnt care enough to even come. it was a cool show and we had a good time...except- i want to know what judge decided to lump xB's and xD's together and then award a (sorry monica. you have a really nice car, but i'm calling BS) stock XD RS 2 with wheels 3rd place just because they prob thought it was a custom paint job, not knowing its a release series. i normally wouldnt expect to win anything, since having a clean looking can doesnt win shows, having 10 subs and tvs in your engine bay does. but to have a xd with over 4 grand in it, lose to a stock car ____ed me off. its not monicas fault and im not bashing her, but if the judges are that inept at OC car shows, than i dont see the point of showing. /end rant

Mon, the maturity level of some of the posters here is truly amazing. And heartbreaking. You obviously placed higher than some of the people here and for that they want to give a back handed compliment and _____ about how their cars are concurs quality daily drivers.
Some of you people have been whining since the day she was invited about her car. Well, you would do good to pay attention to this young lady. She was picked not only for a quality of preparation and execution, but also for her presence. So, if a trophy is all a show means for you, I suggest you put on your own show and win the biggest trophy you can afford. She was judged by the same people you all were judged by, she obviously had what the judges were looking for that day. Go home, dry your tears and try again.

what a waste of $20 for me. good thing i didn't put my car in the show. i wouldv'e been upset. hey bobby i saw your car parked when i was driving around the main rd. looks real good. clean and simple. alot of people loved my car and had good things to say about it. made me proud especially comin from people who usually hate scions.

Ok, I wasnt in the show, But i know the results. And honestly, the judging did blow. Everyones cars looked nice. I swear if i put my girls tC in the show it would have won first with the judging. But anyway nice seeing some tC's that i dont normally see every week.
