I have my snow thrower tuned up and ready to go.

And I'll drive my old 4 wheel drive Tracker if the roads are bad.

I wish it would snow down here! Only problem with the snow here though is that as soon as the meteorologist says "we may see some snow flurries" people start to freak! You can't find milk or bread anywhere! All the schools close, people don't go to work! It's crazy but it is fun to get snow down here when we can.

 

If I didnt have to do anything and had the chance to enjoy it I would love for it to snow. But its such a pain in the ___ to get around all the crazy drivers and it makes such a mess to go anywhere.

 

thank god for football this weekend, because I'm not going anywhere outside of my own house. not with all the people driving like they've never seen snow before, or with the 4x4 owners who think just because they have 4x4, they can STOP with as much ease as they can move around in it.

7-9AM - 7PM 3-5 inches saturday. snow in the morning, and sleet and snow in the afternoon. all i can say is thank god it isn't a weekday tomorrow!

 

You don't know how dirty a Super White tC gets when it snows.........I found out Tuesday. Thank goodness the hose thawed out!

 

I am off work Sat but got a feeling work on Sunday is going to suck. I work at a pizza place and we hardly ever close for snow. As soon as it hits the ground, people want there food delivered!

I was going to be going down to HammerJacks Sat with a bunch of friends but appearently those plans are canceled! From what I hear where are getting at least 5-6 inchs eitherway. It the clipped moves north then we only get 5-6 but if it moves south then we get the 12-15inchs. Thats what I have been hearing but it always changes.

I doubt I will be going anywhere with 5inchs on the ground in my box, luckilly my girls got 4wheel drive and so do 2 of my other friends. We can at least get everyone out to the highschool for a nice game of football like we do every year during a good amount of snow. Anyone in the area up for some full contact snowfootball, hit me up. We usually end up playing towards the nigh time anyways and thats sopposidlly when the snows soppost to come anyways.

 

The snowblower is all gased up, the fridge is stocked, and the Eagles are gonna beat the Falkons. Bring on the snow!

no one is goin to an empty parking lot and play around... i am you wouldn't believe how fast the xb spins around... i did i 180 shifted into reverse and did a reverse 180 goin forward again... its fun but make sure you have enough room i almost hit a curb...

 

My friend just trashed a rental car doing that. :\

 

I get my xBaby back from the leather install tomorrow. Thank GOD we got a garage That thing ain't gettin snow on the roof if I can help it
So I'm taking the loaner (Highlander) to the grocery store and stockin up on munchies, its a DVD and Football weekend for us too.

 

dude, i get paid hourly---so dn't matter to me if its slammed or slow

id rather drift around the parkin lot than write up customers

And with this in mind ( I get paid to be here) I'm bringing in my knitting ;) and a coupla movies to put on that big @zz plasma!

fells pt. is beautiful in the snow! when it snowed 3' 2 yrs. ago it was a 24/7 drunkfest!
