Default Any clubs drive on the Tail of the Dragon (US 129)?

How about folks in the Knoxville area - ever drive the Dragon? My wife and I were last there around 2 months ago. It's about a 4-hr drive for us (we're in Huntsville AL) but it's well worth it. We didn't have the xB then, had to drive it in the Pathfinder *yawn*

318 curves in 11 miles - and the Cherohala Skyway is a killer drive too!

We're looking to take a drive on Christmas Day, that might be fun.

If you go to www.killboy.com and look in the April section ( bottom of the page, click on month ) you will see me there. Had a ball. Had camcorder on tripod looking out the windshield. Watching video makes me quezzy.

Cool! We've been 'shot' by killboy as well, and I even have a killboy t-shirt somewhere. Maybe I can talk my wife into a drive up there on Christmas Day...

I have been wanting to drive the Dragon.....it's a bit of a haul for us, but that means an overnight stay, so you'd think the wife would be more for it.....

Oh well, I'll try again after Christmas...
