Im dredging this up from old thread in the charlotte area. Those in the know @ SET Scion realize what a powerful tool this website is. They are pushing everybody to be the best around. The only way this can happen is for everyone to go to the dealer reviews and grade your dealer. This is YOUR chance to make a difference. Without your input, how will dealers know what to change. TELL THEM! If your dealer was great-then say so, if not, say that too. I know that there are alot of you out there who like your dealer and some of you that dont. SPEAK UP.

It doesn't matter to be honest. There's are like 1 person at SET that really care trust me I've been here for 3 1/2 years. The dealer report cards here are BS anyway because most of the reviews are made up by someone at the dealer. On top of that so dealer actually go post fake reports on other dealer report cards so they get bad ratings. I know because someone from a dealership that's not so far away did it to Sparks.

All I can say is Sparks Toyota and trdsparks.com ROCK! I'm not only an employee I'm a customer! lol
