March 18th
Kinston, NC

Reason for event:
This event is beinging held by Backstreet Passion Lowrider Club from Kinston, NC. We
putting this event on for one of our own. Eric Jenkins is a dedicated member of Backstreet Passion Lowriders. Like many Eric is more than a car club member, he's a family member. He is a faithful
husband and a father of 2 beautiful young boys. Unfortunately, in mid January
Eric's wife, Stephanie, who was 25 weeks pregnant with their daughter was rushed to the hospital
with pregnancy complications. After nearly losing their little girl, Destiny, Stephanie was stabilized
but had to remain hospitalized. 26 and a half weeks into the pregnancy, Stephanie gave
birth to their little girl Destiny Paige, who was 2 lbs and 13.5 inches long. Destiny will have to
stay a minium of 10 weeks in the hospital. Project Destiny is a way to
show the Jenkins family that their fellow enthusiasts are more than just friends with a common interest. If we pull together we can show them that we are a family. This is our way of helping a fellow lowrider brother out. Please come out and show your support. Donations of money and baby supplies for a new born baby girl will be greatly appriciated.
Schedule:
Gates open at 8am
BBQ Plates on on sale at 11am
Judgeing starts at 1pm
Trophies at 5pm
Night of cruizing, draggin, hopping, and more....
**Time for events will be posted soon**
Location:
Grainger Stadium
400 East Grainger Ave.
Kinston, North Carolina 28501
(Only 6 miles north of where Freak Show 5 was held)
I'm heading out to this event all day. Hope others can make it!
