Great looking TC! You picked a super color for it as well! While I'm sure you will miss your old xB, and it looked like a very special one at that, varity is the spice of life and I'm sure you will enjoy your new TC adventure. I see you live in Goldsboro, so I guess you purchased it at Toyota/Scion of Goldsboro. I have a cousin who lives in Goldsboro, and she has purchased two Toyotas from there; her latest is a Highlander. She says they are honest and fair and give good service. Hope you enjoy your new car, and the next time y'all are having a show in the ''boro'', I hope I can make it.

Yeah the sales side at Goldsboro toyota/scion is awesome. The service side......... yeah, no..... NEVER take your car there. The service manager is some ex military hard @ss that runs his shop like **** Germany. I went up there to purchase the TRD supercharger kit for my tC and this guy tells me i have to ALSO buy a $500 tool that they would need to reflash the ecu with. Umm, okay, do i get to keep it? NO! Would the next person that came in need to buy it too, NO! Plus ANY modification you have on the car they will act like little children and try to blame that for anything wrong with the car. "Hey, my car won't start." "Oh okay, you have aftermarket wheels, we can't cover anything in warranty." Omg man, i have some stories about them.

But yes,

Hi Dude, SO sorry to hear Toyota/Scion of Goldsboro dug up Hitler and made him Service Manager!BUMMER! When you spend your hard earned money on a new car and come in with a service need, you deserve to be treated with courtesy , respect, and intellegence. It sounds like you know how to do alot of your own mods and repairs, however, during the warranty period, anything that goes wrong you certainly have a right to expect Scion warranty to cover it. I know Raleigh is an hour drive from Goldsboro, but maybe a super-large dealer like Fred Anderson Toyota/Scion where I purchased my Scion can be helpful when you have warranty issues,as they have such a large parts and service dept. If they have that tool needed to reset the ECM,and you can save $500.00, that would certainly be worth the drive. They claim to be the #1 volume Toyota/Scion dealership in N.C. & S.C. Sales & service wise, I have been treated first class! If they can be of service to you, their info is: (919) 787-0099 or Fred Anderson Toyota.com or 9101 Glenwood Ave. Raleigh, N.C. 27617 (near RDU airport).

careful with the blower. Sport compact car just noted they spun a bearing in their project tC after the blower was installed.

/\/\ scraped plans on the blower. Dealership is being quite unfair with me. Saying i had to purchase the $500 reflash tool for them! Fudge that. Next june (Allllll my insurance points drop), and she'll be boosted the good ol' efficent way Turbo
