just kind of bang my head against the window... the seat belt didnt even hold me down at all...
some how i waz driving, then i saw a car in front of me makin a right so i merge over the left lane but there was a car behind me comin up all closed to me mergiing over the sametime i did. but then someone esle on the other side of the road making a U turn and got into my lane so i let go the gas n everything n slowly step on the break. The person behind me already hit into my rear so i flew forward into the car in front of me.

actually truth is the guy behind you needs to buy a clue.....you are alway responsible when you hit someone from behind....you will be responsible for the guy you hit and the guy behind you wil be for hitting you...the insurance company will sue the guy behind you for all the liability...so no worries...one thing you might wanna due is go to the CMPD and file a careless driving complaint against the guy behind you....good luck

Exactly. Almost sounds like a swoop and swap incident. Especially since both people are blaming you. If I were you, I'd tell both to go suck on a coconut but that won't really get you anywhere....
But Sciond is correct. In most cases, the person to do the rearending is the one responsible for the damage to the other vehicle. However, you might could get this as no fault. Then the only thing is, you pay for your repairs. I think. I'd try that as last resort.
That first truck shouldn't have been on you like white on rice anyway. If you said you were slowly getting on the brakes, and he still hit you, then he wasn't paying attention to what was going on in front of him.
I dunno. Want me to blow some stuff up for ya? :D
