be careful though, iv seen cases where person 1 hit person 2, which cuased person 2 to hit person 3

person 1 paid person 2
and
person 2 paid person 3

reason - becuase if he can prove that you were to close to person 3 then its partly your fualt. you wouldnt have hit person 3 if you where farther back.

this is hard to prove, it has to do with witness and speed of person 1 versus speed of person 2, and a good lawyer on person 1 side.

Well not really. So far what i have heard from the insurance. They r going after the person in front of me now. b/c the lady in front of me was on the opposite side of the road . She was tryin to make a U turn. As doing so she was post to yeild tell she see a clear shot. But which she didnt. So really if the lady in front of me didnt made that U turn none of the accident wouldnt happen..

 

is the back bumper ok if it is and you dont want it ill take it that is if you dont need it let me know
