Heres my situation, Me and my girl are moving to AZ and she just got a job offer so we can not finish are lease. I need someone to rent my apartment from our rental office so that we dont get stuck paying 2 months rent and we dont even live there. It is a 1 bed room in St. paul. The apartment is right on grand ave. Corner of Grand and Hamline. Hot area for shopping and bars and resturants. ANd it is close to UNI for all you guys and gals that like to cruise. Hmmm, seems like you may be stuck, personally I wouldn't trust people enough in this kind of situation. Since the lease is in your name if anything happens to the apartment, your would be responsible for it.

How much was your security deposit? Was it a full two months worth of rent? Typically you can drop a lease and simply lose your security deposit if you have not given proper notice.

 

Ahh I just need someone to fill in my 2 months, they wouldnt be on my lease mine would stop and they would start their own. So... yeah

Its a really cute place in a very great location. Anyone interested should really consider it seriously. Last time I was there there were some super hot chicks coming out the apartment across the hall. Made me want to live there, he said the place was filled with hotties.

Plus, Green Mill is across the street....no more flirting with a dui heh. I'd take it Andy, if I wasnt in a lease. That location is awsome. Most apartments in that area are almost twice that amount per month.

 

Did you find anyone yet? Cause if my house deal fall's through I will be homeless in a month and will take it from you.
