What is everyone doing for New Years?! I am going down to Luverne, MN where my boyfriends family is from. His cousin is in town from the army, he is being shipped out in March to Iraq. I have no idea what we will do when we are down there, it is a pretty small town, but I'm sure we will at least watch the ball drop. Maybe go bowling, if it is open that late

new years eve is the quiet holiday for us. being thankfull for makin it through another year. being with the family, and PLANNING MODS!!!!

- my son is planning a scion pinewood derby car.... will post pics. What should he choose? xA, xB, Tc ????

 

tc would be best for a pine wood derby car. Much more aerodynamic...then again and xA like his dads would be kinda cool!!

 

aerodynamics seem to play a very little part, last year a zamboni design went to the regional finals. the way the wheel layout, I think a tc would look best. So, for the benifit of design, would you ( or nayone for that matter) be interested in donated one to scale down to pinewood size ?

I ended up going to the Mystic Lake. Was up $50 then left up $5. It was pretty cool. They had balloons and confetti that fell from the ceiling at midnight.

 

Cards or Slots?

 

Slots...I always feel that if I get to play the games my money is more fun to lose. I have never gotten in to the tables at the casino. I have played like at home before but there is something very intimidating about playing at a casino.
