great! can you resize it to 90px high to see if it still looks legible? if it works, I can actually put the ads on the left or right side of the logo.

I also sent you the updated layout, you should be able to use most of what I did (if needed) cause I split them up into layers thank you , thank you

You know, I was just thinking, and I mentioned this to Josh, that we shouldn't use MN Scikotics for the website. We are the Minneapolis chapter, not the Minnesota Chapter. We should use www.mpls-scikotics.com instead. I mean, what if Duluth, or St. Cloud, or Rochester start up their own chapters. If we went with MNScikotics like we originally thought, then we would ahve to give them access to that website. We could have each chapter have their own section, with photo galleries and calenders for themselves. Just my thinking on this.

Anyway, that gives me an idea for a new element to add to the design.

I had the idea of other chapters joining sooner or later, so I coded accordingly. When you log into the site, it redicts you to your chapter. But since there is only one chapter, its not noticeable, until other chapters use this backend code. I think we can still use the mn-scikotics.com. then for chapters in different parts of MN, it can be like:
minneapolis: http://mpls.mn-scikotics.com
duluth: http://duluth.mn-scikotics.com
etc...
this will split the hosting cost, since its only one host and domain we're paying for.

I hope one day though that all chapters will be hosted at scikotics.com

chanman, lovee the last screen cap of the site. are you going to be using dhtml for the "events/sponsors area" so that you can click and a layer will expand with the info?
