i would like to know if we are going to still have this install party on the 30th or what???? i have some parts that i need some help with installing

 

Winter is not the best time to be installing stuff. Too cold. Cold hands = Broken Parts. Broken Parts = Broken Hearts.

My oncall schedule has been changed multiple times... The first POTENTIAL dates are after the third weekend of January.

As far a temps, my garage can be heated by the shop heater, my tools are maintained at 50 degrees... I am willing to host, but as I stated, it would now be late Jan/ early Feb.

I am willing to help with most anything, but I may not have special tools and or knowledge on the part... (READ) I am a storage support tech ( computers) who has worked on cars most of my life...and am willing to try most install that does not require welders, or nuclear fusion ;)

 

dang and that is exactly the install I wanted. Nuclear fusion turbo charged engines are the way to go these days, though the hazmat suits are a bit of a pain to put on every time you drive your car.

 

don't forget we will be having the skiing thing on Jan 27th

 

After three surgeries on the knees from a Skiing accident..... AND arthritis, I say the 27th is a non factor....JK ;)

How much notice are we looking for on this? If I knew on a Wednesday that Saturday opened up, would that be too short of notice?

 

i think there should be a couple weeks notice atleast. that will allow some people to order up anything they want for the car and have it in time for the install. just a thot

 

lets do Feb.. I want some time to get tax return
so I can get my anti sway bar and intake before install party!

i got an injen intake for christmas and a lip spoiler for my birthday!!!! i can't wait to install it so, the intake is going in tomorrow, haven't gotten the spoiler yet so that can wait till the install party- btw is there an exact date yet?

 

Neal (CARnivore) and I worked on my car at his place on Sunday. We basically removed my turbo kit in order to remove the broken manifold bolt from the head. His garage got nice and toasty! We had a good time. I'm sure the install party will be lots of fun.

 

'And 'Ol Streeter didn't even wince when I put the drill to his Head!!! ( I mean the car's head)

 

i may have some more parts to be put on by then...

 

well, maybe everyone can help me with my big mod..
