It doesn't really look like we are having an issue anymore, I mean it was said that the one with the score sheet isnt having any issues with the judging with the 2nd show and I looked threw to make sure the people who won were well past 8 points anyways so even if someone missread it, which like i said that 5 doesnt match any had writing i have, it is a mute point, as for the judging there were a possible of 2 extra point you could get in engine then in exterior and sound system so an extra 2 points for a turbo or supercharger or nitrous doesnt seem to be too unfair in my eyes because if the engine has that and is dirty they are not really making up any extra points. As for the sheets we keep them for record to see who is attending all the shows and what vehicles are attending etc and also to get emails etc so we can update people on when pics are posted or future dates and also so the dealership has a record of what we were able to get to turn out.

We have the same person judg every car of a class so everyone in that class is equal and try to have the same people judge every time so that there is consistency .... we were a little stretched for judging this time though as 2 individuals could not make it because on persons car had just about every ligh on their dash light up when their turbo car back fired but there will always be things that come up. And also as far as the whole drink thing monster was supposed to be there but the guy in charge of new england dropped the ball hard core soo yea lol oh well maybe for the next one.

I don't think people really had any issues with what cars won and the more people judge the better they will become at it and there was 1-3 and sometimes 1-4 so if there was a point or 2 difference the top cars were still getting trophies ... fire trophies come on you all love them don't lie...


Here is the whole thing with the show series.... I hate paying up to sometimes quadruple what the trophy I get at a show costs when most of the time it i just filling someones pocket. I like going to car shows and having fun and I like having more money to modify my car or hell this year even drive it. So the solution, a free car show with a bunch of trophies at night, cause well those ones are the best anyways" that most people didn't have to drive to far for .... hence drectly following import wars so most people are already in the area and we ended up giving out 4x as many trophies as Import wars without charging anything to entrants or spectators and the food wasn't as crappy nor did it cost nearly as much if at all .... So I think most of the issues got solved between 1st and 2nd show with some room for improvement for the 3rd show and then hopefully on into next year and people can just have a fun night out with car people without having to send an arm and a leg so that way people who don't go t shows because they know their car doesn't have a chance or because it is still in the works can come out and show it off and have fun too

Anyway, if you 'd like to upgrade your car and get more idea on what to do , it will be a great idea to visit new york area shows.
