Carlisle Show May 5-7
Mark you calanders big show in Carlisle, PA may 5-7. It is not a Scion only show but I think we need to show up in number. Last time it was at Carlisle there were over 2000 show cars. Here's a link: http://www.carlisleperformanceandstyle.com/

a few of us from NRG went last year & took home trophies!
only thing that sucked was they over booked, way over booked, for the show & didnt have enough space for everyone so each day you had to roll in as a group & then hunt & hunt for a spot, also there was minimial communication on how the event was going to run. it was a good event & we had a blast but definitely complete un organized. half the people there never event got judged due to the super unorganized set up

The parking lot of my hotel that weekend was probly just as big as the car show itself 
I dont think I have ever seen soo many cops in one parking lot that werent able to control the crowd...people were doing burnouts in front of the cops, it was just unreal.

I can tell you that i wouldnt waste my time nor my money for an event that was so poorly planned. Not only was there not enough parking for everyone, but those that paid for just show took the spots that were for those who paid $50 for judging and showing. Those were supposed to be judged and have first choice of parking.
The judges .... common. They didnt have a clue. They had one tent for Honda/Toyota ... and one tent each for domestics and " others ". One would think that with the registration that was filled out and common sense, you would have minimally 2 judging stations for Honda/Toyotas. Just stupid.
I did have fun hanging with my team, but it wasnt worth the $500 plus price tag. That includes the speeding ticket we all got on the way in.
