Mainstream productions in association with the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles and Chinatown Business Improvement District bring you a celebration of the new Chinese lunar year of the ROOSTER ? SHOWOFF STYLE. The event will be held at Chinatown on Sunday, February 13, 2005 at the Cathay Parking of Chinatown. As Always Showoff brings to you the finest showoff car show, import models galore to tease the eye, with many manufactures on hand. Down the street we have teamed up with Los Angeles Chinatown?s New Year festival featuring the New Year?s carnival, authentic cultural food, many games and attractions, cultural activities, traditional performances.

The 3rd Annual Chinatown Showoff Car Show is where the car show meets cultural experience in Downtown Los Angeles. This is the place where top-notch show cars come out to compete and show. The Novice Class, which iincludes more trophies and cash prizes. This event features all the excitement you?ve come to expect plus more.

Competitors will be able to compete in separate classes in order to provide more competition and for more chances to win trophies and cash prizes. These classes will be: EXC Class, Novice Class.

The EXC CLASS pits the "Best of the Best" show cars against one another. These cars have proven themselves by winning the top honors in previous SHOWOFF events. They will be awarded 1st-3rd place, in which the overall winner is awarded the coveted EXC SHOWOFF CUP.

The NOVICE CLASS offers competitors a chance to win trophies and prizes in numerous different categories.

The TOP honors in the NOVICE CLASS are:
SHOWOFF AUTO - $1,000
CUSTOM SHOWOFF AUTO - $500

CATEGORIES FOR 2005:
MAZDA SHOWOFF, HONDA SHOWOFF, ACURA SHOWOFF, TOYOTA SHOWOFF, NISSAN SHOWOFF, DSM SHOWOFF, EURO TUNING SHOWOFF, JDM SHOWOFF, OLD SCHOOL SHOWOFF, TRUCK SHOWOFF, SPORT CAR SHOWOFF
(Need at least 6 vehicles for each class or class will be cancelled)

Plus categories for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place trophies:
HONDA CLASS, ACURA CLASS, MAZDA CLASS, NISSAN CLASS, TOYOTA CLASS, DIAMOND STAR CLASS, BMW CLASS, LEXUS CLASS, SPORT IMPORT (Other) CLASS, SPORT COMPACT (Domestic) CLASS, EUROPEAN CLASS, OLD SCHOOL CLASS
