Just find an auto body supply store. I usually pay around 40-60 per quart for basecoat plus reducer. Then you need to buy clearcoat which I just paid $240 for a gallon with hardener about an hour ago.

 

Omg that's so much money for paint. Maybe I do need to get my stuff painted in a shop

 

And thats just omni basecoat (a more inexpensive brand).. Its a good thing you arent looking at House of Kolor!

You usually need around 2-3 quarts of basecoat to do a car, so thats about $150 + $50 for reducer + clearcoat + tape + paper + tack rags + scuff pads + sandpaper + gun cleaner + compound + buffing pads....

 

Okay for an entire car that's not too bad...

 

the basecoat price is per color... It would be probably like $750 by the time you were done just in materials

you should be happy, if you do it yourself your looking at 750 ish.... now if a body shop does it your looking at like 2000 ish....

no lie, when I first looked at that pic, the paint job looked real, i only looked for a sec but i looked again caught on lol

 

yeah well i saw the pic real small on my sidekick screen and i thought it was a real car... then i'm like nooo i've seen that background before and knew it was a pic jeremy took of his car a couple months ago... sillllllllllllllly

for real tho. my talent is up for grabs when i'm done jeremy ;) HAHA

How much do you think that will cost to get fixed? And do you know anyone that does body work?
