house is in Voluntown and the people they have been asking for are trades man....either framing or tile....jobs that you have to know how to do.....and even thou I know whats up on some of those....because I am not licensed, I couldnt help that way....oh well...back to work LOL

Thats awesome your helping out the Gerard family. My uncle is actually one of the main contractors there thats building the place. And another one of my friends just helped out with some electrical work.

 

yeah we should roll deep to the revealing of the house. as long as it's not snowing i'd def go. and if shirts weren't made in time we'd get some fabric paint and white tees and go to town haha jk but yeah that's real cool frank

 

lol.....one the "move that bus" thing is at 2pm Thursday.....b..there is no way of getting the cars there.....III no I don 't have shirts done......shirts we will talk about this weekend...I figure we are gonna have to do alot of talking about stuff we wanna do so I can get stuff rolling....


I was gonna go back out tonite and help with final clean up but everything I had was covered in mud from last night...including the famous blue shirts....lol yeah I got one....hehe....which you have to wash before returning the next day....so I voted it down... gonna try for tommorrow after DMV but not sure... I got a load of stuff to do by Monday and no time to do it...my furnance crapped out...yeah Chad FINALLY...LOL...and the new fireplace is gonna be here Monday or Tuesday....which means I have to clean a space for it upstairs...and a space in the cellar for them to work under it and install it.....would love to see the bus roll out tommorrow.....decisions decisions LOL

Hey guys. what have you guys heard about hoods from ebay if anything at all. I have a guy offering me one that he got off ebay for a decent price. its a "Drift" style. He lives kinda far so I dont want to drive out there for some crappy hood. I know ebay doesnt exactly carry the best quality when it comes to aftermarket auto body parts. What can you guys tell me about these hoods?

 

i heard about the carbon fiber peeling off while driving. Do you know the name brand of the hood?

No its not a carbon fiber hood..its the "drift" style one on ebay..check it out..its the I guess u would call it aggressive looking one. I was also offered a good oem carbon fiber hood for a steal of a price so I'm just undecided right now..I'm just skeptical bout the guy sellin me the one from ebay

 

I would just get the name/brand of the drift style one and the search for it online or on scion forums to see what people said about it. Check the seller on ebay and read his feedback. You may also see if anyone else has bought that particular hood from him if he has more than 1 in stock. Do u have the link to the hood, maybe we can help u out

 

No I don't have the link..its the one with all the vents in the front..it'll stand out..and the guy selling it to me got it off ebay himself he's not the actual ebay seller..I just find it suspicious that he's selling it for so cheap..the quality must not be that great..there's not much info about it that I can find..I just don't wanna buy this thing, bring it home, and find out that it doesn't fit or that it looks horrible..I don't wanna strugglle and put a lot of money just to make the hood work on my TC...
