please tell me that you didnt say the kit needed painted and not the car.....

 

Yeah frank I'm gonna paint the kit and put it on... I'll worry about painting the entire car another time. I'd rather get wheels, headunit, new subs, that kinda stuff before I paint the body. I'm trying to be realistic

 

ok....just remember this....your bumpers are gonna be all shiney, and chances are...a slight different shade than the color of the car....even if you get the same color..just my thought....I'd do everything else first....then when you have the fundage to do the entire outside....do it all at once. Also think about when you paint/repaint the car, you will probably have to repaint the bumpers then as well. This way to assure the flow is even over the entire car....... just a thought

iim not a big fan of chrome but ive seen a few xB's with chrome wheels and they look really good..

Black would look tightt, especially since you have the black roof it would match up nice.

bruce, go with the black wheels. chrome is good, but i dont think it looks that good when you've already got "stuff" like colors or designs going on already. idk if that makes sense.

but either way... there's going to be at least 5 to 10 of us going so at like noon i'll call over and let them know we're coming so they can have a table ready. i dont know if they do reservations but at least they'll have a heads up. see you all tomorrow

 

Yea i didnt see pics of your car. I would do the black considering the fact that youve got the two tone going on with the black at the top. It'd look nice

hey guys...hope you all had a good time today..wish i coulda been there..im in need of opinions..i have a set of TYC's..right now i have stock 06 lights on..i like both sets but im not sure which i wanna put on

do u have pics of the tail lights? i don't know what TYC are vs. the 06 ones haha. put one of each in and see what u like better

 

TYC's are the LED ones that come optional from the dealer..its the ones that have the orange blinkers..they're definatelyy an upgrade from the 06 lights but I like the 06 cuz they're all one solid color
