They can't do any body work. I already called about a scratch on my car from an an evading to my vehicle. They out scource the job to another garage. I forgot the name but if oyu call the service rep they will give you the number. I am not sure how it works as far as gaurantees goes.

i think all scion dealerships send out body work type stuff to a place they use. my brothers rs 2 xb had to go back 3 times before they got it rights so you maybe better off find your own shop that you feel can do the job right

Middletown did some repairs to my bumper and repainted it. They did a pretty nice job.

Hell,colchester toyota doesnt even make KEYS ! ....Talk about outsourcing.

What the #$%^ happend in colchester ?

I go there all the time for oil service (every 3 month)....and it would make sense,I saw nobody i knew.

If you go to middletown, make sure they do all the work they quoted you for. I had a problem there in the past.
