Hershey Park, PA Meet June 17th *UPDATE*
(This thread was originally posted on the Scion Driven Girls website.)
Hello guys and gals! Summer is upon us at last! So we want to kick it off by having a Scion girls and guys day out at Hershey Park! If you've never been to Hershey Park (or haven't visited in a while) the park has grown quite large. It boasts 60+ rides including 10 roller-coasters! Hopefully the weather will cooperate and we'll have some fun in the sun! We know that other car shows are slated for this date, but that will probably be the case for the rest of the busy summer. You just need to decide if you want to go to another car show, or scream your lungs out on a thrilling roller-coaster ride.
WHERE: Hershey Park (Hershey, PA)
DATE: Saturday, June 17th
TIME: 11am - meet at the Red Robin Restaurant parking lot (the park is open from 10am to 10pm)
PARK ADMISSION: $41.95
Here's a link to the Hershey Park website for more info on rides, park map, and other activities:

We will decide on a time and meeting place soon. If you would like to join your fellow Scion owners for some theme park fun, please add your name to the roll call list:

1) Cricket (Shannon)
2) tc2c (Amanda)
3) Plasmic XTC (Jenn)

$41.95 ?!? pricing went up? i'll let you guys in on a little secret. if you go to GIANT food stores located in hershey a little deeper into town by the movie theater. tickets are cheaper. i don't remember how much cheaper.. but i know it was a good $8 or so or more cheaper. the GIANT might be a little hard to meet at... cuz it's deeper into town... you could meet at staples right on the main road. you would have to pass it going into hershey... the lot is a decent size... and im sure they wouldn't mind... and ugh... my birthday is on may 20 ...

I know a way around parking, I do this all the time. Tell the booth you're going to the season pass office and you'll be directed all the way up to the front entrance to the park by the museum for free. Just don't try to pile as many as you can into the vehicles and don't all show up at the same time cause it could look fishy. I'm really sorry if you try it and it doesn't work but I've been doing it for years and never had a problem.

LOL! Anything one can do to save a buck. You might also want to try to check local establishments for discount tickets. Even some Pepsi and Coke products have given discount tickets before. Also, if anyone is a member of AAA, they give discount Hershey Park tickets. I believe they are @ $32. Thats where I'm getting mine from.
