Seriously... I'm still learning to drive my car... manual shifting... but I swear everytime I'm stalled out at a light I see another tc driving by... Its like an omen or something... If I see a Tc at that intersection I'm gonna stall when the light turns green. So if you see a NBM Tc stalled out in Middlesex county... its probably me!

I just might have to drive down there and cruise around looking for you. Then I can pull up along side, wave and then take off.

You might wanna read this post and see if that helps with the delay, and in turn help with the stalling.

Good Luck

Dude thats my problem! I end up either not giving it any gas even when I am touching the pedal or then I overcompensate and peel out at the light. I'll have to try doing that this weekend. Thanks man.

Yeah I'm waiting for someone to be an ___ and roll up beside me and just start laughing...

Hillsborough? You work or drive around New Brunswick? I'll have to look out for that Pedestal spoiler and TYC lights...

You see a bearded guy in a turban that looks like a terrorist... thats me (I'm really a sikh, not a terrorist but I get called that nearly everyday).

I actually ordered some TYC tails from TRDsparks.com... so should be getting those soon... also going to drop the car soon... as for stalling... getting a LOT better... not so much anymore. Still a little jerky though...

Find an empty parking lot and practice. First learn to engage 1st gear from a stop without using the throttle pedal. This teaches you how to properly modulate the clutch. Once you can do that without stalling you can drive almost anything with a manual transmission

Yeah my sister's boyfriend actually did that with me... even using the clutch to stop yourself from rolling down a hill and everything. Probably not the best for the clutch but it really taught me the clutch's sensitivity. There's a lot of dead pedal under the sweet spot.... I saw a thread around here talking about a fix for that...

I work in Somerset.. i'm around the NB/EB area all the time though.

Never seen anyone in a turban driving a tC before though! If you got a chance, c'mon over to the Dunkin Donuts on Easton Ave in Somerset on Wednesday. I think i'll be there.

I got class on wednesday nights for the next three weeks or so, but I'll try and make it out there soon.
