I can't find the law ANYWHERE on the internet. i know in some places like Florida you're not allowed to have red or blue on. I wanna get the inferno million color kit from Oznium but I don't wanna get pulled over. Does anyone know the law for NY? are they illegal and if not what colors are you allowed to have? I've NEVER seen anyone with underbody lights in my area (Orange County) before so I'm curious to know.

 

my dad is a ny cop and im studying to become one and the laws are u cant drive around with underbody neons but if ur parked u can have them...u also cant have any other color leds over the plate besides white

Yep thats correct. Not allowed to have them on anywhere even if they are white. but as long as your parked your free to do whatever you want (hint: I wouldnt make them red and blue at the same time... if a cop has a bad day, he may give u a ticket anyway)
