So tonite i went to race a gti 1.8t modded for fun we were doing it on a roll on route 5 uphill in edgewater and as we went a cop came after us idk wat hit me but i just kept pressing on the gas and tried dipping me and the 1.8t got caught we both got arrested and towed cars ( they ____ed up my bumper btw ) i ended up having parafanial in my car aswell

i got charged with eludeing / racing / wreckless driving they didnt charge me with the possesion so anyways besides though`s i have a careless and improper lane shift ticket i have to fight witch im not gonna making me have 11 points b4 these 3 knew ones so basicly no tc no more ;/

anyone know a VERY good lawyer in the bergan county area PLEASE LET ME NOW ASAP

 

DAMN SORRY TO HEAR THAT, BUT FIND A JEWISH LAWYER THEY ARE PRETTY GOOD . I USUALLY DONT SEE A LOT OF COPS BY EDGEWATER, AND THATS WERE PEOPLE USUALLY LOVES TO RACE.

You got what you deserved! What would possess you to do something like that. If you want to get your jollies off take your car to the track. Street racing only leads to one place in the end... no liscence or worse death.

well in other news my car is getting sold for about 10k or less and i got a really good lawyer thats gonna make sure i dont got to jail atleast

 

sorry to hear that man, thats alotta heavy duty charges, so like someone said, i dont know if itll be worth it having a lawyer, just might get you more expenses, but in my opinion what else do you have to lose, i mean a lawyer will be able to at least talk some things down... so basically youll still get fcuked, but with a lawyer, at least youll have lube... not sure if they handle those cases, but give davis saperstein and salomon a call, theyre in teaneck, theyre handling my cases, theyre good, otherwise, good luck bro

 

of all the things you said happened, only one would get you jail time, but they did not charge you with it.

the rest is just stupid driving mistakes that will now cost you a lot of cash for many many years to come...

suspended lic, state surcharges, ins surcharges...

Eluding means you attempted to run from the cops.

You got what you deserved. Represent yourself, clean yourself up and wear something nice for court. The judge might reduce your penalties.
