Long read/story... Feel free to pass it up, i realize it's early. Haha
Woohoo! Glad to be at work. Well glad to have made it alive. So has every one heard about the accidents? A flipped car on 376 inbound and a death in monroeville at the corner of 48 and bus 22!
I thought i was gonna be another this morning..... Might be a long story..... So i'm coming into work this morning and getting on 79 in bridgeville. As soon as i pull up to the highway there are NO cars coming...zero....none !! Well the truck in front of me decides that he wants to stop on the ramp anyways. I tried to goes around him but was too close because i had to slam on my brakes and ABS kicked in and i kept rolling. So i started beeping like a mad man and the truck inched up just enough that i could go around him. A bunch of cars started coming so we had to wait. As soon as the cars passed he still stayed there. So what do i do?? I go around him, but as soon as i do he floors it too and tries to pass me?? Well needless to say his F-150 isn't as fast as my tC so i passed him up with in about 3 seconds but in the meantime he tried to run me off the road. He got so close to me car that i actually checked my side view mirror for paint once i got to work. Well then he decides he wants to go fast. Right as i come up on traffic he pulls up to my bumper to the point where i can barely see his headlight...inches off my bumper. So what's a guy like me to do??lol. I brake checked the hell outta him. Went from 60 down to 25 in the fast lane. He went off-roading for a couple seconds in the grass as his truck slid out. So maybe he learned his lesson right, NOPE! He came back and did it again and this time put his high beams on and started honking, soooo i did it again!! lol. He didn't slide off the road that time, he was probably ready for it. but he just decided to follow me instead. A little further down the road is the Carnegie exit. I usually ride that lane to make sure traffic is ok on 79. Because if traffic is backed up i just go through Carnegie but if it's not i get back on 79. So at the last second i cut back onto 79 and realize that the truck does the same thing, he's really following me! I weave through traffic to get away because at this point this psycho is starting to worry me. But he was weaving through traffic and keeping up. Finally once we got to the merge point for 279 i lost him through the on-ramp merging. Remember earlier... merging must not be his strong point. Oh and the scariest part is that i'm getting an alignment today so i put my stock wheels back on so the dealership doesn't scratch my good ones and my tires are ALL bald. Worn through the wear bars all the way down. I was sliding sideways while driving straight. I SERIOUSLY! thought i was gonna wreck on my own, let alone trying to get away from the as$hole that was following me.
AAHHHHHH!!!! OK done, now i just have to make it home cuz i hear this rain is an all day event

Something like that happened to sean and I one day, he was driving my car and this kid was right on my ___
i wanted him to hit the car so i could get my rear lip fixed but sean wasnt having any of it
so this kid follows us up to the service station and starts screaming in front of all these people
now nothing sets me off more then when people start screaming at me for no reason
so i open the door because i feel the need to step this kid back over the line but sean wasnt having any of that also
people are messed up these days

Dan- thats a crazy story. Were you on the other side of the road when you saw me? I ride the left lane all the way up cause I eventually have to turn left up on Banksville.

Joanie is the COOOOOLEST!! She saved me 50 bucks on my alignment!!! Car handles a ton better too since it's the first alignment since being lowered. Oh and Gloria, no more camber issues. There actually wasn't a problem with the camber. They said the toe was so bad that it just looked pushed in. Now all the wheels are nice and straight. Thanks Joanie!!!
I do have another question though maybe someone has had issues with and can help. My steering wheel shakes at high speed and gets worse with braking. I immediately thought rotors but it still shakes when brakes are disengaged. So then i thought balancing. But it's only in the steering wheel and i did a tire rotation and it's still only the steering wheel that shakes?? I had my old wheels on for the alignment and it did the same thing just not AS bad. Any ideas

Mien shakes between 65-70. So to solve that problem i just go faster than it stops. My car did this before i put my new tires on an it also did it after i had them mounted and balanced. So who knows.
