Scion invites you to the Ten Ugly Men Concert and Festival

Scion is sponsoring Rochester, NY’s famous19th annual Ten Ugly Men Festival and inviting up to 10 owners to go free – courtesy of Scion! Make no mistake though, there’s nothing ugly about it when you have a fun outdoor concert and you mix it with a festival featuring a 5k run, dodgeball, kickball, and volley ball tournaments (and slip and slide for kids). It all takes place this Saturday, July 26 at Genesee Valley Park in Rochester, NY.

Headlining the concert lineup is the Gin Blossoms! What makes it an even better event is that 100% of the proceeds (tickets start at $30) go to great charities such as St Marys Oncology Center and the Bright Eyes Fund for pediatric brain tumor treatment at Golisano Children’s Hospital.

As part of its sponsorship, Scion is inviting up to ten owners to display their car and spend the day at the event for free. If you are interested and able to attend, please email us at scion@urbanracer.com and we’ll set you up. The event is 10AM-8PM. In addition to entrance to the event, Scion is also giving out a nice gift bag to each owner who participates in the display.

Damn, one thing that's actually not far from me and I have about a million things to do this weekend.

Got back a while ago... was a pretty cool day actually. Some good bands during the day (we didn't stay for Gin Blossoms). We were beat. But free food, music, decent weather (did shower a couple times). I think I had 3 hot dogs and 3 hamburgers before 2pm... not to mention like 5 Wegman's gatorades and a couple bottles of water.

And ya, they are pretty sweet backpacks (not purple like the pic made them appear though). And I believe there will be a few of these at the campout. Not sure.

 

I wish I could make it to the campout to get one of these then! Grr...

Oh well - I already have 2 other scion backpacks.. true backpacks, not the draw string ones.
