Charges.....

Operating w/ nolicense by persons under age 16
and any other offenses you are eligibile for plus

If an adult let oyu use the car they will be cvharged too. If they claim you took the car with out their permission you'll get charged for taking the vehicle with out owners permission (It's like a stolen MV case but a lesser class chgarge)

thats a pickle

admit you let your 15 year old take your car and get charged, or deny it and put the charges on your kid

moral of the story: keep your keys far away from your children!

question: eligible for plus? does that mean not being allowed to get license untill a higher age?

In Ct you'll get issued a 300 series license number which mans that even though you don't have an actuall license you will still be under suspension status. Thay way if you get a license in the near future it will automaticly placed under suspension due to the 300 series identifier.

theoretical question

ur wife is gonna give birth and she works at a hospital an hr away, and u want to get there for the baby. ur speeding to get there, not like 120 but like 80ish (speed limit 55 actual speed of ALL cars 65) and u get pulled over, what would u do?
ps the hospitals in this area r full of ******** and i would drive myself to chicago if i were shot/stabbed/papercut then go to a hospital here

also...
if ur drunk and u PUSH ur car home, sure u can get public intox but dui? or anything else of the sort?

im bored at work

scion cop.... HI, i have just one simple question (even though i live in california) I have a licesnce plate cover on my rear license plate (the one for the front is in my "trunK") I was told by a gazillion ppl that it's illegal. Is it illegal in CT? and if so how much is the fine because i actually keep a screw driver in my glove box "just in case" lol. and is the fine for EACH license plate? hrm. i guess that was more than 1 question. hhaa

Yes it's illegal.

Illegal attachments to license plates not authorized by commissioner of DMV. 73.00 bucks unless it went up this past october.

My younger brother went to jail for driving without a license. He had no ID on him whatsoever. The car was registered in my name and I was in the car with him (as were two other licensed drivers). No charges were filed against anyone other than him. Our parents had to pick him up from jail.

Neither of us ever got caught for driving with only a permit...

I know tinting tail lights is illegal. But what about and overlay that still has red showing though. Like if I cut an emblem into the tinging material. I know dodge rams have covers you can get on their tailights.
Is there a specific % that has to be showing?

i know this was addressed on the first page, but i want to learn more about it--

radar JAMMERS - you said you know when someone is using a jammer, but is it a trait you've learned to pick up while on the job, or is it a taught class (therefore every police officer knows how to spot a jammer) -- also can the cop search your car on the spot for such devices?
