does anyone know itunes like the back of their hand, so i dont throw my laptop out the window?

well, when i load a cd in from my collection, it breaks it up into like 2-7 different parts.

ex:

Kanye west College Dropout album, is in 4 different parts.

 

also, it shows fine in list view in itunes, but when its in cover flow view, or album view, its all Effed up.

 

no idea? i never had a problem with that. make sure you are in the "library" tab (top left) what happens when you put it on the iPod?

do you have the most up to date software

 

99% of the time the only way to get cover art is to actually d/l the song from iTunes

 

when i put it on the ipod, the same thing happens, i'll have 4 albums named the same, and each one with 2-4 songs in it. Before i even hooked it up i downloaded the latest itunes software from apple.

I have all the cover art from my albums, is there a way to manually load the JPGs into it? you know if there is a manual way to manage the listing of music?

I am able to get video onto it!!! I converted season 6 of family guy and have that and been watching that on my ipod LOL
